Graded PSA/DNA 10 GEM MINT for the card itself and PSA Auto 10 for the autograph itself: a dual certification that places both the physical condition of the card and the quality of Bennett's signature at the maximum achievable grade. Bennett was not heavily recruited coming out of Pierce County High School. He enrolled at Georgia as a walk-on — a player with no scholarship, no guaranteed playing time, no official program designation as a prospect worth developing. He left Georgia for Jones College, a junior college in Ellisville, Mississippi, played there, and came back to Athens with a scholarship. The head coaching staff under Kirby Smart saw something that the recruiting databases had not. The 2021 season would reveal what they had seen.

Bennett started for Georgia in the 2021 CFP National Championship game on January 10, 2022, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis — the Georgia Bulldogs against the Alabama Crimson Tide, the program that had owned the college football establishment for a decade and a half. Georgia won 33-18. It was the Bulldogs' first national title since 1980. Stetson Bennett, the walk-on from Blackshear, Georgia, was the starting quarterback of the national champion. College football had a story. It was only halfway through.

🏆 Back-to-Back — The 2022 Season — 65-7 Over TCU

The 2022 Georgia Bulldogs went 15-0. In the 2022 CFP National Championship game on January 9, 2023, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, they faced the TCU Horned Frogs — the Big 12 representative and a Cinderella story of their own — and won 65-7. It was the most lopsided victory in College Football Playoff title game history. Stetson Bennett threw for 304 yards and 6 touchdowns. It was the second consecutive national championship with Bennett under center — an accomplishment that had not been achieved since Alabama's dynasty runs of the previous decade, and that had never been achieved with the same quarterback in both games at the CFP era. The walk-on from Blackshear started and won two national championship games. The Los Angeles Rams selected him in the 4th round of the 2023 NFL Draft with the 128th overall pick.

⭐ PSA/DNA 10 GEM MINT + Auto 10 — #/274 — The Dual Grade Distinction

The dual grade on this Stetson Bennett card represents the top tier of sports card certification. The PSA/DNA 10 GEM MINT designation applied to the card means four perfect corners, perfect centering, no surface scratches, no print defects, and brilliant gloss — the card is in the best physical condition the grading scale recognizes. The Auto 10 grade is a separate assessment applied to the autograph itself: PSA's auto grading evaluates the boldness, completeness, and consistency of the signature and assigns a score from 1 to 10. An Auto 10 means the Bennett autograph on this card is as close to perfect as a signature can be in terms of ink quality, coverage, and execution. Both grades at their maximum on a card numbered #/274. The 2023 Leaf College Playoff Standouts set was specifically designed to celebrate players who performed in the College Football Playoff — making Bennett's card appropriate to his status as the most accomplished CFP starting quarterback in the history of the format.
