Very Rare Vintage Tin Lithography Special Police Badge Woodbury 1950s ~ Not sure what Woodbury this is from the 1950s -60s. It could be New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, or a myriad of others. If anyone out there knows, or any officers who have seen it, please let me know. I found some so similar on historical sites like the Tennessee and NY ones but they didn't have the Betsy Ross Flag.
These are very well made out of a beautiful tin litho front and thick plastic back and they look amazing!
Badge 1 1/2" ~ Card 4" x 2 1/4" ~
This is a very rare find made in the 1950s as part of the Japanese rebuilding project General Macarthur ran.
My mother and I bought the remaining supply of these 15 years ago or so and can't believe I found these in a box unsold still. My mom still amazes me two years after her passing as she must have found more or hid these away because I remember us selling out of so many of these in 2007.
Be careful as I have seen a lot of listing using this card with a random badge attached that isn't the correct badge type this company made. It's very obvious also as the badges they affix to the card are so much bigger than the card and cover the words and pictures which no company would ever do.
The Vintage Tin Litho Special Police Badge Woodbury 1950s is the product you didn't think you need, but once you have it, something you won't want to live without.
