Originally sourced from "The Last Wound-Up," a now-abandoned Tin Toy store on Manhattan's Upper West Side, this drumming panda toy carries a unique history. The store's eccentric owner created "The Tin Commandments," including whimsical rules such as "Don't postpone joy" and "Toys don’t hate."
