Absolutely adorable colors and such a nostalgic toy. I don't have many of them.
The one I tested worked perfectly it moves in circles and the back spins but I am selling it as a collectible display only because I don't know if it will work on your floor or for how long as vintage wind-up toys are easy to over crank.
The girl has a full head of hair that has been completely protected for decades.
