The adhesive on the envelope wasn’t strong enough. The package (a flat cardboard mailer) mailer arrived wide open with the merch (fortunately) dangling from the adhesive and and the package completely empty apart from that. Seller needs to add tape to the flap to make sure that doesn’t happen to anyone else with less luck in the future.
Also, the lighter wasnt as pictured. The sticker is on upside down which was a bummer and not as it appeared in the picture. It would have been helpful to know before purchasing since it wasn’t the item listed.
I also didn’t expect it to be so tiny (about the size of a stamp). A picture listed with something for scale would have been helpful.
All that said the item arrived in good quality apart from being sent a different item than what was pictured. Beautiful quality for a stamp-sized lighter
WOW another one who manages to buy something without looking nor reading what they are buying. Second line is the size, and the third picture is next to a quarter not sure how I can solve your issues and when you responded to my messages you said you didn't have time and were going to bed. I am not chasing you down. No Soup for You! We guarantee your happiness 100% and would have gladly taken it back and bent over backwards to help. I would talk to your postman about the mailer issue as I have shipped about 5K of them and have never heard of that happening so not sure if he left it in the rain or what the issue could be. The mailer has a pull tab because the seal is so tight and you said a lighter was stuck to the adhesive so not sure how more tape would have helped, but I do apologize that happened to you.
