This vintage Anime Ganbare!! Robocon Lighter from the 1970s is absolutely adorable at 1 1/8" x 7/8". Anime fans will rejoice at this amazing collectible that is not very common. Originally aired from 1974 - 1977, this series has quite the following and was a wonderful family comedy series enjoyed by all.

These lighters were likely given out in vending machines and as prizes at arcades. It's amazing to think about what we could buy or win as kids back then. The fact that they are no longer being made makes these lighters even more collectible!

I had purchased the Ganbare Robocon lighter, so freaking cute, it looked small in my friend's hand. It was his birthday gift, and I had forgotten it was a kids toy in the 80's. Adorable and thank you Travis and your little ones for the sweet card to him as well!!
