The antique 1920s Appleton Crate Label was made by Borgovich & Dragovich and was out of Watsonville, CA.
10 1/2" x 9 1/2". Little to no wear.
This is an eye-catching, rare example of stone lithography. Plates were so expensive that it was easier if the plate was still usable to block out sections that no longer applied or to the crate being used than to buy a new plate. You don't see a lot of this version anymore.
