Not what we ordered! When I contacted her to see if there was an issue and to assist, her response was 'I gave you all 4 stars or 5 what ever it asked lol' I sent her a screenshot and showed her explaining how Etsy requires us to maintain a 5-star rating. I have never heard another response. It seems that it isn't that important to her that she is inadvertently harming a small US business and our Etsy algorithm, yet she pretends this is a 5-star review simply because she says it is. Can you imagine if something got broken and you contacted me and I was like 'When I put it in the package or whatever, it was perfect lol' and never responded? Not funny for us, but I get the last lol when you go to place another order and can't. No Soup for You!
