Pat Garrett Beckett Encapsulated Handwriting Removed from an Autograph Letter Signed

Offered for the first time ever – genuine handwriting from Western Lawman and the man responsible for outlaw Billy The Kid’s demise, Pat Garrett, authenticated and encapsulated by (BAS) Beckett Authentication Services. Each handwritten word was carefully removed from an 1893 handwritten letter from Garrett to his wife. 

Each order will include one Garrett handwriting fragment selected from the dropdown menu. An example of the selection of Garrett words can be seen in the 2nd photo. Each word in the dropdown menu is an actual word handwritten by Garrett. You will receive one authentic piece of Garrett’s penmanship encapsulated by Beckett.

Each encapsulated word was individually removed from an 1893 letter written by Garrett from Texas regarding the care and mistreatment of his horses. Having moved there with his family after an unsuccessful run for sheriff in New Mexico, Garrett spent this period working as a rancher, raising and racing horses, and working as an entrepreneur in the Texas cattle industry.

Genuine Garrett autograph letters are hard to come by and can fetch thousands of dollars. This encapsulated word offers a rare and affordable opportunity to own an authentic piece of handwriting from the same hand that ended the legendary outlaw – Billy The Kid.
