🏒 Autographed/Signed Andrei Vasilevskiy Tampa Bay Lightning Blue Hockey Jersey PSA/DNA COA – Personally Signed by the Best Goaltender in the World at the Peak of His Dominance, Two-Time Stanley Cup Champion and 2021 Conn Smythe Trophy Winner Whose Back-to-Back Championship Performances for the Tampa Bay Lightning Placed Him Alongside the Greatest Playoff Goaltenders in the History of Professional Hockey

🏒 The position of goaltender in hockey occupies a singular place in the psychology and the lore of the sport – it is the one position where the relationship between individual performance and team outcome is most direct, most visible, and most unambiguous, where the difference between a goaltender who gives his team a chance in a given game and a goaltender who takes that chance away is expressed in the most immediate terms the sport produces: the puck in the net or the puck turned aside, the goal against or the save percentage, the series won or the series lost. The great playoff goaltenders – the Patrick Roys, the Martin Brodeurs, the Glenn Halls, the Ken Drydens – are great in a way that the statistics eventually confirm and that the games at the time make viscerally apparent, the way that a team playing in front of a goaltender who is truly on his level in the playoffs carries itself differently than the same team playing in front of someone who is not, because the players in front of him know, in the way that professional athletes know these things, that the last line will hold.

🏆 Andrei Vasilevskiy was born July 25, 1994, in Tyumen, Russia, into a hockey family in the tradition that Russian hockey has produced for decades: his father, Andrei Vasilevskiy Sr., played professional hockey and passed both the love of the game and the technical foundation of its most demanding position to a son who would eventually develop those foundations into the skill set that a generation of hockey observers would rank among the best in the world. He played in the Russian junior leagues and the Kontinental Hockey League before the Tampa Bay Lightning selected him 19th overall in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft – an early first-round pick on a goaltender, which is itself a signal of how thoroughly the Lightning's scouts had evaluated what he was capable of becoming and how confident they were in the developmental path he was on. He joined the Lightning organization and spent two seasons developing and transitioning before making his NHL debut, and the years that followed transformed him from one of the most promising young goaltenders in the league into the consensus best in the world at his position.

🥅 In 2020, the Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley Cup in the Edmonton bubble – the compressed, spectator-free playoff format that the COVID-19 pandemic required, which produced a postseason unlike any other in the history of the sport in terms of its logistics while producing a champion that was as convincing and complete in its performance as any in recent memory. Vasilevskiy was the foundation of that run, posting save percentages and goals-against averages that confirmed the evaluations that had been circulating for several seasons about what he was capable of in a high-stakes environment. In 2021, the Lightning became the first team to win back-to-back Stanley Cup championships since the Detroit Red Wings in 1997 and 1998, and Vasilevskiy was named the Conn Smythe Trophy winner as the playoff MVP – the recognition from the sport's governing body that, among all the players on both finalists' rosters, it was the Tampa Bay goaltender whose performance most shaped the outcome of the championship series. Back-to-back Cups, back-to-back confirmation that the organization and its goaltender were operating at a level that the rest of the NHL could not match across the full length of a playoff run.

👕 The Tampa Bay Lightning blue jersey is the home uniform of one of the most successful franchises in the history of the modern NHL – the organization that, in the 2020s, reestablished what a hockey dynasty looks like and what it takes to build and sustain a team capable of competing for championships across multiple years at the highest level of the sport. A signed Lightning blue jersey from Vasilevskiy documents the signature of the player who was at the center of those championship years, the goaltender whose name belongs in the conversation with the greats of his position across any era of the game. PSA/DNA (PSA's autograph authentication service) has examined and certified the authenticity of the signature, providing the hologram and documentation that verifies this piece's provenance for any collector or display purpose.
