🏒 Autographed/Signed Glenn Hall Chicago Red Hockey Jersey JSA COA – Hand-Signed by “Mr. Goalie,” the Chicago Blackhawks Legend Whose 502 Consecutive Regular-Season Games Played Without a Mask Stands as the NHL's Most Quietly Extraordinary Record – Three-Time Vezina Trophy Winner, 1961 Stanley Cup Champion, and Hockey Hall of Fame Inductee – Authenticated by JSA

🏒 There is a statistic in the National Hockey League that stops most serious hockey fans cold the first time they hear it – Glenn Hall played 502 consecutive regular-season games as a goaltender without a mask. From the start of the 1955–56 season through November 7, 1962, Hall never missed a game. He played every minute. He made every save. He faced every shot that came at him through nearly seven full seasons without the protection that every goaltender who has played since would consider non-negotiable. Hall faced those 502 games before he finally sat one out for a back injury that ended the streak – and even then, the streak had lasted so long that the record has never been seriously threatened in the decades since. The Chicago Blackhawks era jersey on this signed piece belongs to the decade when Hall wore that red sweater as the team's franchise netminder, playing alongside Bobby Hull and Stan Mikita on a Blackhawks roster that represented one of the most talented collections in the Original Six era. Hall patrolled the crease at the Chicago Stadium on West Madison Street, one of the loudest buildings in professional sports history, and he stopped pucks in an environment that made the already-dangerous business of playing goal without a mask feel like something from another era entirely – because it was. Condition: NOS.

🏒 Glenn Hall grew up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, and broke into the NHL with the Detroit Red Wings in 1952 before the Blackhawks acquired him in 1957. What he brought to Chicago was not just goaltending excellence but a technical innovation that reshaped how the position was played. Hall was among the earliest proponents of the butterfly style of goaltending – dropping to both knees to protect the bottom of the net rather than standing in the conventional upright stance that most goalies of the 1950s and 1960s used. The butterfly would eventually become the dominant technique in the sport, but Hall was practicing it in an era when it was considered radical. He won three Vezina Trophies – in 1963, 1967, and 1969, the last coming with the St. Louis Blues in the first year of the expansion era. He won the Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP in 1968 despite the Blues losing the Stanley Cup Final to the Montreal Canadiens, testimony to how completely he had dominated the Blues' playoff run even in defeat. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1975. This signed Chicago red hockey jersey carries his signature from the chapter of his career when all of it was being built. Condition: NOS.

🏒 JSA (James Spence Authentication) certified the Glenn Hall signature on this Chicago red hockey jersey. “Mr. Goalie.” The butterfly pioneer. The iron man who played 502 consecutive games without a mask. The 1961 Stanley Cup champion. All of it in a signed piece from the Blackhawks era that defined him. Condition: NOS.
