Description

🏈 Autographed/Signed Ron Dayne Wisconsin Red College Football Jersey Tristar COA – The Authenticated In-Person Signature of Ron Dayne, Wisconsin Badgers Running Back, 1999 Heisman Trophy Winner, and the Player Who Retired as the All-Time Leading Rusher in NCAA Division I Football History

🏈 Madison, Wisconsin in the late 1990s was the site of a four-year ground-assault that the Big Ten Conference had never quite seen in the volume and the consistency that Ron Dayne produced across his time with the Badgers. The University of Wisconsin has a tradition of producing elite running backs that stretches through the program's history, a combination of the physical offensive line culture the Big Ten demands and the competitive environment of playing in Camp Randall Stadium in front of one of the most passionate home crowds in college football. Ron Dayne arrived in that tradition and elevated it – carrying the ball on runs that were designed to gain three yards and turning them into fifteen, reading blocks at the second level with the patience of a veteran and the burst of a player twenty pounds lighter than his frame suggested, and accumulating yards with a consistency across four seasons that eventually made the NCAA record book his permanent address.

🏈 Ron Dayne was born March 14, 1978, in Berlin, New Jersey, and became the most decorated player in Wisconsin football history during his time with the Badgers from 1996 to 1999. His 1999 Heisman Trophy campaign was built on a season that delivered the volume of carries and the efficiency per carry that the award requires from a running back – and it culminated in a Rose Bowl performance against Stanford that pushed his career rushing total past Tony Dorsett's long-standing NCAA Division I record, making Dayne the all-time leading rusher in college football history at the time of his graduation. The New York Giants selected him 11th overall in the 2000 NFL Draft, investing a high first-round pick in the player who had done more with the football on a college field than anyone in the sport's recorded history.

🏈 This Wisconsin Cardinal red college jersey – the iconic Badger red that has been the color of Wisconsin football for over a century – carries Ron Dayne's in-person signature, authenticated by Tristar Productions with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Tristar is a respected name in sports autograph events, running signing programs with professional and collegiate athletes that produce documented, in-person authenticated signatures.
