Description

🏈 Framed Autographed Dick Butkus Chicago Bears White Football Jersey JSA COA — Chicago Illinois Roseland South Side, Chicago Bears LB, 8x Pro Bowl, 8x First-Team All-Pro, Football Hall of Fame 1979, Most Feared Linebacker in NFL History, White Road Jersey Distinct from Blue Home Jersey — Framed 35x39 Wall Ready Hang It Today

The Chicago Bears white. The road jersey — worn in Detroit and in Los Angeles and in Green Bay and in every city the Bears visited when they brought the most feared defense in the NFL to someone else's stadium. Signed by Dick Butkus. Authenticated by JSA. Framed at 35x39. Wall-ready to hang today. Dick Butkus passed away October 5, 2023, making this signed jersey an authenticated piece of football history — the signature of the man widely regarded as the most physically imposing and ferocious linebacker in the history of professional football, in the white road jersey of the Chicago Bears, framed and preserved.

🌟 The White Road Jersey — The Bears on Every Road

This is the road jersey — the white uniform the Bears wore when they traveled. If the navy home jersey represents Butkus as the monster at Soldier Field on his home turf, the white road jersey represents something equally compelling: the Bears on the road, taking Butkus's ferocity to every stadium in the NFL, making opposing offensive coordinators prepare their game plans around how to survive when he was on the other side of the ball. Where he played was his home field regardless of whose stadium it was. The white jersey represents that. Signed. Framed. Authenticated by JSA.

💪 Dick Butkus — The Roseland Kid; The Most Feared Linebacker

Richard Marvin Butkus was born December 9, 1942, in the Roseland neighborhood of the South Side of Chicago and became one of the most celebrated players in Bears history — eight consecutive Pro Bowls and All-Pro selections from 1965 through 1972, nine seasons with a single franchise, and a legacy as the linebacker against whom all subsequent linebackers are measured. He passed away October 5, 2023, at his home in Malibu, California, at the age of 80. The Pro Football Hall of Fame inducted him in 1979, in his first year of eligibility, because no one could argue with the case his career made.
