🏆 About Ja Morant and the Vancouver Grizzlies

The Grizzlies franchise began in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1995 before relocating to Memphis in 2001, and the teal-and-turquoise Vancouver colorway has become a favorite among throwback collectors. Ja Morant became the face of the Memphis era after Memphis selected him second overall in the 2019 NBA Draft. He won Rookie of the Year in 2020 and earned back-to-back All-Star selections in 2022 and 2023, becoming known for some of the most highlight-reel dunks in the league. After a stretch of injuries limited his availability, Morant began a new chapter in June 2026 when Memphis traded him to the Portland Trail Blazers.
