Autographed Signed David Cone New York Yankees Grey Baseball Jersey JSA COA — Kansas City Missouri, New York Yankees SP, 1994 AL Cy Young, Perfect Game July 18 1999 Yogi Berra Day Don Larsen in Attendance, 5x World Series Champion 1992 Blue Jays 1996 1998 1999 2000 Yankees — JSA Authenticated

The New York Yankees grey. The road jersey of the most decorated franchise in American sports history — the letters that have appeared on the chest of more World Series champions than any other uniform in the sport. Signed by David Cone — the right-hander who won five World Series rings, one Cy Young Award, and pitched one of the most celebrated perfect games in baseball history on one of the most improbable afternoons the sport has ever produced. Authenticated by JSA.

🌟 David Cone — Kansas City, Missouri; The Competitor; The Complete Pitcher

David Cone was born January 2, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri — Jackson County, the Missouri side of the Kansas City metropolitan area, the City of Fountains and jazz heritage and baseball tradition (Kansas City has produced more than its share of significant baseball figures). He grew up watching Royals baseball and eventually became a Royals pitcher himself before a career that took him from New York to Toronto to Kansas City and back to New York, where he became one of the most important starting pitchers of the Yankees dynasty years. He was a power pitcher with command and a competitive edge that made him a player managers wanted in the biggest games of the season — and the biggest games kept proving that instinct correct.

🏆 Five World Series Championships

David Cone won five World Series rings across his career. The 1992 championship with the Toronto Blue Jays. Then the 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2000 championships with the New York Yankees — the four-titles-in-five-years dynasty run that reestablished the Yankees as the defining force in baseball. He was there for all of it, starting and contributing in October when it mattered most. Five rings on five fingers.

The Perfect Game — July 18, 1999 — Yogi Berra Day

July 18, 1999. Yankee Stadium. Yogi Berra Day — a ceremony honoring the Yankees legend, and in attendance that afternoon: Don Larsen, the man who pitched the only perfect game in World Series history (October 8, 1956, Game 5 of the 1956 World Series). With Larsen watching, with Yogi Berra being honored, David Cone took the mound against the Montreal Expos and threw a perfect game — 27 batters up, 27 batters down, no hits, no walks, no errors. The 13th perfect game in MLB history. On that day. In that company. In that stadium. One of the most perfectly scripted moments in the history of baseball.
