When the Seattle Seahawks selected Jaxon Smith-Njigba with the 20th pick of the 2023 NFL Draft, they were bringing in the wide receiver who had broken Ohio State's single-season reception record in 2021 — 95 catches for 1,606 yards and 9 touchdowns — a performance so dominant it put JSN in a category of his own among Buckeye receivers.
