Founded in 1878, the Dr. A.C. Daniels Company became nationally known for its veterinary remedies, originally prepared during barn and house calls from the back of Dr. Daniels’ buggy. His portrait and signature became trusted symbols of quality and remained part of the company’s branding well into the 1960s.
