🏈 Roger Staubach Framed Signed Dallas Cowboys White Football Jersey — Beckett BAS COA — 1963 Heisman, 2x Super Bowl Champion, HOF 1985

Roger Staubach was born February 5, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the path he took to the Dallas Cowboys tells a story unlike almost any other in the history of professional football — a story that runs through Annapolis, through Southeast Asia, through years of service that delayed the start of his NFL career until he was 27 years old, and then through eleven seasons in Dallas that made him one of the most beloved figures the game has ever produced.

At the United States Naval Academy, Staubach won the 1963 Heisman Trophy, becoming the first junior to win the award and doing so in a performance so dominant — 1,474 yards rushing, 966 yards passing, 18 touchdowns — that voters had no other choice. Naval Academy graduates owed four years of service after graduation, and Staubach fulfilled that commitment in full, including a tour of duty as a supply officer in Vietnam. He reported to the Cowboys in 1969, four years after his classmates had already been established in professional careers, and spent his first year and a half as a backup before earning the starting job that would define his legacy.

Six Pro Bowl selections. Two Super Bowl championships: Super Bowl VI (January 16, 1972 — Cowboys 24, Miami Dolphins 3, Staubach named Most Valuable Player, the first time a Cowboys quarterback won that award) and Super Bowl XII (January 15, 1978 — Cowboys 27, Denver Broncos 10). The "Captain America" nickname, given not just for his role as a team leader but for everything the phrase implied: the service, the character, the composure under pressure that became his defining quality. The Pro Football Hall of Fame inducted him in 1985.

Staubach signed this Dallas Cowboys white football jersey. Beckett BAS authenticated. Framed 35x39 — museum ready, the Cowboys White museum wall art from Cincinnati, Ohio — the Naval Academy Heisman winner, the Vietnam veteran, the 2x Super Bowl champion, the face of America's Team.
